Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model per color. For new customers placing their first trial order, we can reduce the MOQ to 200 pieces to help you test the market. Larger orders (5,000+ pieces) qualify for tiered volume discounts.
Non-woven fabric boxes are breathable, foldable, lightweight, and eco-friendly — ideal for closet, drawer, and under-bed storage. Plastic boxes are waterproof and see-through, better for damp areas or when you need to see contents at a glance. We manufacture both types and can recommend the best material for your specific use case.
For standard products (in-stock materials), lead time is 15–20 days after order confirmation. For OEM/ODM orders with custom sizes, colors, or branding, production takes 25–35 days depending on order volume. Samples are shipped within 3–5 days.

Yes, we provide free samples of existing products — you only pay for shipping. For custom samples (new sizes, colors, or branding), a small sampling fee of $30–$80 applies, which is fully refunded when you place a bulk order. Samples ship within 3–5 business days via DHL or FedEx.
